Vanessa de Sauty is a warm and empathic psychologist, passionate to come alongside you to see the change you have been hoping for.
Equipped with over 15 years of private practice, with a Masters of Counselling, she specialises in treating:

Vanessa is committed to providing a thorough clinical interview and follow up assessments from your first session and building a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Therapeutic goals are collaborative and there is a commitment to work towards those goals together to see the changes you need.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, EMDR (Advanced Training completed for trauma), and Exposure and Response Prevention. Vanessa is also currently completing her ADHD coaching certification.
In addition to her clinical work, Vanessa is a dedicated educator, lecturing in the Masters of Counselling program for the University of New England, and previously Excelsia College.
Vanessa also offers workshops for organisations such as: Preventing Burnout, Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace, Suicide Prevention and Managing Anxiety.

Standard Sessions are 50min in duration.
Typically the initial consultation is comprised over two sessions of 50min, or a 90min session to allow time for a thorough clinical interview and assessment to assist our treatment goals.
If you would like a Medicare rebate, you will need to acquire a Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP, and this will provide you with a rebate for 10 sessions each calendar year.
The current rebate in NSW is $96.65 per session, and my fee is currently $220 for a general consultation, and $250 for a initial 50min consultation, or $330 for a 90min initial consultation.
For an ADHD assessment session it involves a pre ASRS screening assessment, a structured clinical interview and a report for $350.

I offer Burnout Prevention Seminars for your workplace that involves pre and post assessments, a workshop tailored to the assessment results with strategies to assist your workplace to have a healthy and vibrant culture, as well as skills to assist your employees and colleagues to have a good and long lasting tenure.
I also offer workshops in Mental Health Check in’s and managing anxiety.
I also offer group therapy classes in Learning the Art of Vulnerability, and Strategies for Managing Anxiety and Depression, Parental Support Groups, Social Skill Training and ADHD support groups.
